We are always looking to acquire land for residential and commercial development and will consider sites with or without planning consent. 

Due to our flexible approach we can work alongside other developers in a joint venture agreement or enter into option agreements with landowners where we will take on the risk (planning/ fees) in order to maximise a sites GDV.
